Many people who live on the autism spectrum are under- or unemployed, but with some support, this differently talented group can offer a lot to the workforce. The prevalence of autism is rising, and it is incumbent on post-secondary institutions and the world of employment to learn ways to better engage and support this valuable talent pool.
