Karen Schaffer holds a Master's in Counselling Psychology, and has previously published three career books. Juliana Wiens (RCT) is a seasoned career professional with master's degrees in counselling and women's studies. Karen and Juliana are Career Counsellors at Saint Mary's University and are co-authors of the CERIC Guiding Principles Action Plans.
