Chelsea Cawayan

Chelsea Cawayan is a Toronto Metropolitan University Graduate with an Honors BA in Criminology and ADaPT alumna. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has developed a passion for environmentalist initiatives and career education for equity-deserving groups. She is currently working at the Diversity Institute at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), helping support students and post-graduates through the ADaPT program. As an ambitious and curious learner, Chelsea hopes to motivate, teach and learn from others, collaborating to address existing barriers in education and the workplace, with an empathetic heart and mind.
