Parvin Abdullayeva is a Career Advisor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law’s Career and Professional Development Office, and an executive and career coach through her Calgary-based practice, Edu Leadership Dynamics. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with an MSc in psychology, she spent 14 years in HR and talent leadership before moving into coaching and career development. She serves as Director of DEIB for the ICF Calgary Chapter.
