Minna Kattelus, MEd, is a career counsellor and a teacher of psychology in the Tikkurila High School in Finland. Kattelus has taught and researched in SPARKS Career Counselling for more than 10 years. She has co-authored and co-edited a number of counselling task books. Kattelus is a developer of KIPINÄ – the SPARKS Career Counselling model, and the SPARKS cards and menus for counselling professionals. SPARKS is also a year-long further training programme for professional career counsellors and used in counsellor training at the University of Eastern Finland.
