Her expertise in self advocacy and visual storytelling, helped build Humber Polytechnic’s Self Advocacy Learning (SAL) for students with disabilities. Marina serves on the board for Active Abilities Canada. She is also a public speaker, award winning writer, published book author, and gallery exhibited fine artist.
