Jordan MacDonald is an MSc Capacity Development and Extension candidate at the University of Guelph. His research focuses on the community integration of Nova Scotian non-profit employment service providers and their ability to offer place-based programs and services. Following graduation, Jordan wishes to continue working in the field of community development.
