Ivana Popadic and Talitha Pegus

Ivana Popadic is Senior Director, Education, Strategy & Operations, at NPower Canada. With over eight years of experience in social services and education, and having started her career as an educator within underserved communities, Ivana brings forth a diverse, hands-on and holistic perspective to learning in the age of technology. Recognizing the need to further support learners with effective, participant-driven programs, Ivana pursued a Master of Education in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy. Employing these skills and her solution-focused mindset, Ivana has successfully developed curriculum and designed programs in partnership with Employment Ontario, as well as within NPower Canada. Talitha Pegus is Senior Manager, Employer Engagement, at NPower Canada. With a background in social work, Talitha has and continues to be an advocate for youth employment. She believes that socioeconomic status, being from outside of Canada or educational barriers should not get in the way of a successful career. Taking the initiative to consistently learn while leading is a strength she exhibits for the youth she works with as well as colleagues. Talitha has over 6 years of experience in the social services sector with a focus on community and youth workforce development.
