Heather McMillan

Heather McMillan has served as Executive Director for the Durham Workforce Authority (DWA) for 11 years. The DWA works closely with the community to provide industry research focused on commuting patterns, median wage comparisons and other labour market indicators. She is president of the provincial organization ONESTEP and a board member of la Passerelle I.D.E., a leader in the field of francophone immigrant/visible minority human capital development and entrepreneurship in Canada and internationally. She a proud Toronto Sector Skills Academy Metcalf Fellow.
