Dorothy Ritz has over 24 years' experience working with post-secondary students in the context of career planning. She served as Manager, Career Development and Experiential Learning at MacEwan University in Edmonton. Other roles she held at MacEwan were Graduate School Liaison and Manager, Student Leadership Development and Community Engagement. She served as a board member and chair of the Career Development Association of Alberta from 2011-2017. Previous to MacEwan, she was the Co-ordinator of Career Services at Concordia University at Edmonton and she and her husband had a business - speaking and training various client groups on the topic of the multi-generational workplace. Dorothy has a B.Ed, Master of Arts in Leadership and Administration and diploma in Career Development.
