Twenty years ago, Catherine Légaré founded Academos, a digital mentoring solution that helps young people find their way in the workplace. She is also co-founder and president of Elo Mentoring, a platform that facilitates mentoring in organizations. She holds a PhD in psychology and has taught the design and coordination of mentoring programs at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
