Making it Work: Delivering the Transformation Promise in Ontario (FirstWork)

This report finds that Ontarians with disabilities are facing challenges in the new integrated employment services model. The report highlights that the 20-hours of work per week program target is putting additional pressure on jobseekers with complex barriers to employment, as many are not able to meet that threshold.

Canada’s Got Tech Talent (The Dais)

The Dais offers a comprehensive analysis of the Canadian tech workforce – who they are, how many and how they are compensated.

Practitioners perspectives on green guidance (Green Guidance)

The paper sets out the findings of a survey of 674 (mainly European) career guidance practitioners conducted in late 2023 and early 2024 about green guidance. The survey reports that the clients of career guidance need help with a range of sustainability issues and that a minority raise issues of environmental sustainability during career guidance interventions.
