She has over 20 years of marketing and public relations experience, progressing in various leadership roles with national non-profits. | Antonia Berlingeri is Senior Specialist, Evaluation at NPower Canada and supports the organization's evaluation and research activities. She has over 15 years' experience in evaluation, including research co-ordination, in the non-profit sector. | Heather MacArthur is a Senior Associate at Blueprint, a non-profit research organization, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Windsor. She has been conducting social justice-focused, mixed-methods research for over 10 years.
