Magdalena Mot

Magdalena Mot, Ph.D., CMCS is a Work-Integrated Learning Coordinator at KPU’s Melville School of Business in British Columbia. She currently oversees a team of coaches and runs the Melville Business Strategy Internship program, supporting an ever-growing need for experiential learning opportunities. Magdalena is also teaching the Career Development Theories and the Code of Ethics at Simon Fraser University, as part of the Career Development Practitioner Certificate program. She is a Co-chair of NCDA’s Global Connections Committee and an active member of CERIC’s Practical & Academic Research Committee. Magdalena is passionate about cultural anthropology and has recently published a book in Romania, summarizing the results of twelve years of research on traditional wedding ceremonials in a minority group.
