Kathy McKee, Executive Director of the NSCDA, is focused on the future of career development and meeting the needs of career professionals and partners. | Connie Corse is the Training Manager of the NSCDA and is leading the way in developing applied learning and training programs for those working in the spectrum of career development services. | Chris Hornberger is an executive coach and management consultant and a founding partner in Halifax Global Inc. and works closely with the NSCDA to help them further the career development profession in Nova Scotia through strategic counsel, advisory and planning services.
