Dr. Janet Payne is a full-time career counsellor and manager at PEI Career Development Services in Summerside, PEI, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Prince Edward Island. She and her husband, Neil, have seven children and six grandchildren, and reside between Kinkora, Prince Edward Island and Jamesville, Cape Breton Island.
