Denis Gravelle, MEd, is the Co-Founder and Stakeholder Engagement at Devant, a division of Academica Group, leading career, and skills development projects in collaboration with industry and academia. Denis has led workforce development projects focusing on marginalized populations, newcomers, and international students. An experienced educator and trendsetter, his focus lies primarily on workforce development and skills training in the age of disruption. Denis has held previous leadership positions in adult learning and workforce development at Seneca, Humber and Fanshawe Colleges, and earned his BA from Western and MEd from OISE University of Toronto. | Han Tran is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in newcomer services, specifically in settlement and employment programs. Throughout her career, she has successfully executed multiple government-funded projects, implementing new business and operating models, overseeing financial management and leading large teams. She is committed to stakeholder management, quality assurance, research and evidence-based practices to inform and support policies that engage cross-sectoral partners to create optimal outcomes for all. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, Nonprofit and Voluntary Management certification from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master in Public Administration from Queen’s University. Additionally, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
