Aryan Esgandanian

Aryan Esgandanian was completing her PhD in Policy Studies and switched into the Masters of Arts in Public Policy and Administration program at Ryerson University. She has finished her research on Ontario’s apprenticeship model. Aryan has two master's degrees. Her second master's degree is in Adult Education and Community Development with a specialization in Workplace, Learning and Social Change at the University of Toronto. Aryan is also completing a Solution-Focused Brief Counselling certification at the University of Toronto. Her interests are in workplace learning, the transition from school to work, inclusion in the workplace, youth and community development. She is currently working in the university and college settings supporting students.
