AICareerFinder

More than just exploration, this is a suite of tools. AI CareerFinder includes a Career Matcher, Skills Assessment, Salary Analyzer, Interview Prep, Resume Optimizer and more. It may be helpful for students who are taking concrete next steps like preparing applications and want AI help with that process.

CareerLens

CareerLens is designed for both students and for career counsellors. It offers AI-powered assessments to discover strengths and interests, then matches those with potential careers. It includes tools for counsellors (client dashboards, analytics) and has tailored paths by life stage (teens, early career, reinvention).

CareerReady.ai

This tool is focused on career readiness. It offers self-assessments, 360-degree feedback and personalized development plans. Students can see how they measure against readiness competencies developed by NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers), such as communication, professionalism and critical thinking. CareerReady may be useful for students nearing graduation who want to understand their employability gaps.

Jebbee CareerMatch

Jebbee is an AI-powered tool that combines personality quizzes with interesting inventories and provides career suggestions matching those dimensions. It also includes videos with professionals in those careers so students can see what different jobs are like. May be helpful for secondary school students or those who want vivid, media-rich exploration.

Skillmetry

This is an AI-driven career suggestion tool. Students complete a detailed (100+ question) assessment that measures personality, skills and interests. In return, the system proposes a personalized list of career paths, strength/weakness insights and a specific roadmap with steps students might take (courses, experiences, skills) to move toward their suggested paths. Students who want deeper insights beyond their “favourite subjects” might find this interesting.
