Gender Equity in Canada’s Tech Ecosystem: Attracting, Retaining, and Supporting Entry- and Mid-Level Talent (ICTC)

This report examines the current involvement of people of marginalized genders in tech, discusses the challenges and opportunities they face, and provides strategies for employers to create a more diverse workforce effectively.

Entering postsecondary education after job loss: Family-level considerations (Statistics Canada)

This study examines whether the likelihood of displaced workers entering post-secondary education (PSE) or choosing a new field of study after job loss varies across family types. It finds that the propensity of displaced workers to enter PSE or to choose a new field of study after job loss is fairly similar across types of family units.

The impact of immigration on prosperity in Canada (Century Initiative)

This report provides an overview of the evidence about how immigration affects GDP per capita and other measures of economic prosperity. The evidence suggests that immigration is good for the economy, but the impact depends on policy choices.
