Women, work and COVID-19: Priorities for supporting women and the economy (CCPA)

This report looks at the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic security of women in Canada and the current efforts to respond to urgent economic need in the short- to medium-term, as well as demands for fundamental systemic change moving forward.

Make or Break: How middle managers and executives can build immigrant-inclusive teams (TRIEC)

This report is based on in-depth expert interviews with middle managers, most of whom were also immigrants, and D&I leaders across different industries—to provide evidence-based recommendations and examples on advancing workplace inclusion.

Labour Force Survey, February 2021 (Statistics Canada)

February marked 12 months of unprecedented changes in the Canadian labour market, resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Compared with 12 months earlier, there were 599,000 fewer people employed in February, and 406,000 more people working less than half of their usual hours.
