CareerWise is always on the lookout for the latest reports related to career development. Here are three reports that we found interesting this week:

Leadership and Careers Provision (FETL)

This paper argues for more collective action, and local places and spaces for inclusive careers support. This is crucial in supporting individuals’ education, economic and well-being outcomes.

Mapping Canada’s Training Ecosystem: Much Needed and Long Overdue (IRPP)

This paper is a call to action for employers, training providers and government agencies of all levels to work together to lay the foundation of a robust pan-Canadian mapping of training and employment opportunities.

Promoting an Age-Inclusive Workforce (OECD)

This report presents a business case for embracing greater age diversity at the workplace and debunks several myths about generational differences in work performance, attitudes and motivations toward work. It points to key employer policies and offers practical examples in three key areas to support and promote an age-inclusive workforce.
