Gen Z workers have different viewpoints on workplace technology, according to a new survey by Dell Technologies. Among the findings: 46% are confident they have the tech skills employers want, but not necessarily the non-tech skills; 25% prefer to go to a workplace versus working from home; and 47% believe humans and machines will work as integrated teams.
