Wendy Chan is the Senior Manager, Programs at Children's Aid Foundation of Canada, where her work focuses on initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for youth transitioning out of care, including employment and post-secondary education programs. | Elizabeth Mueller joined the Children's Aid Foundation of Canada with an interest in supporting youth transitioning from care through barrier reduction programming. Elizabeth completed her Master of Social Work with an interest in child welfare.
