Rebecca Como has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Calgary (2020) and a Bachelor of Commerce (2014) from the University of Alberta. She worked with Dr. Laura Hambley to study the work-life wellness of entrepreneurs. She is currently a member of the CARE (Career Actions, Relationships, and Education) research lab at the University of Calgary. | Dr. Laura Hambley is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur who helped develop and launch Work EvOHlution in 2014, due to her passion for enhancing distributed worker success. Laura holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary (2005), specializing in the human dynamics of distributed leadership and teamwork. Laura is an entrepreneur who also founded Canada Career Counselling (with offices in Toronto, Calgary, and Victoria) and is a partner at Humance, a Canada-wide organizational consulting firm.
