Patrick Phillips is a career consultant at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin with over 15 years of commercial experience. Patrick has published across numerous academic journals such as the International Journal of Organizational Analysis, the British Journal of Guidance and Counselling, and the All Ireland Journal of Applied Social Studies. He has a master’s in Career Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education from the University of Warwick. Patrick designed and delivered the MBA Career Development module at Trinity Business School. His research interests include the application of psychodynamics, personality psychology, personality neuroscience, and humanistic psychology in the context of career counselling.
