Jennifer Luke is a PhD candidate with the Australian Collaboratory for Career, Employability and Learning for Living (ACCELL) at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. Current research and ongoing advocacy focuses on career support for older workers re-engaging with the workforce, their adaptability, and transference of skills to the younger generations. | Dr. Roberta Neault, CCC, CCDP, GCDFi, is an Adjunct Professor at UBC, President of Life Strategies Ltd., and a Project Director with CCDF. Now a mature-aged worker herself, Roberta is walking her talk, staying motivated (and engaged!) with exciting new projects both personally and professionally in the context of COVID-19.
