Ed Hidalgo

Ed Hidalgo is the Chief Innovation and Engagement Officer for the Cajon Valley Union School District in San Diego, CA. Prior to his current role he was the Director of the World of Work Initiative at the University of San Diego Jacobs Institute for Entrepreneurship in Education. His experience in career development and training comes from nearly 20 years in Human Resources, Staffing and Government Affairs, most recently at Qualcomm. RIASEC: SEA; MBTI: ESFJ.
