Darryl G. Cathcart retired from the Canadian Army in 2017. Darryl holds a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Western University. In 2018, Darryl founded Release Point Education. | Darlene O'Neill is the Director, Employment and Student Entrepreneurial Services and a part-time teacher in the Fanshawe CDP program. Darlene leads Fanshawe's military-connected college initiative.
