Cara Copeland (she/her) is an Experiential Learning Coordinator at the University of Guelph. Cara draws from her own lived experience as a late-identified neurodivergent professional to build awareness and support for neurodiverse experiences at school and in the workplace. Having navigated a major career transition herself, Cara is a firm believer in cultivating career curiosity and engaging in ongoing self-reflection.
