Barbara Wilson

Barbara Wilson is the Owner/Principal of Thrive Career Consulting, an independent career coaching and consulting practice in Toronto, and a Senior Career Transition Consultant with Felix Global. She is also the Volunteer Board Chair of the Ontario Association of Career Management (OACM) and serves as a member of the CERIC Marketing and Web Services Advisory Committee. Barbara found her calling and her community in the career field after almost 20 years in the corporate and non-profit sectors as a learning and development professional, improving individual capability and helping teams and organizations achieve their objectives.
