Green Guidance (CDAA)

It offers career practitioners the opportunity to understand the foundation of strategic resume development.

The Future Skills Centre and RPL: a nexus linking current skills with the needs of tomorrow (CAPLA)

Tricia Williams of FSC will share what she has heard about skills recognition at FSC events and discussions, as well as reflect on the current challenges of how skills recognition in Canada fits into the present and future work and mandate of FSC.

Motivation at Work: Helping Your Clients to Develop Energy, Enthusiasm and Effectiveness (CERIC & CASE)

Inclusive Communication – An Introduction to the Vocabulary of the Disability Community (RespectAbility)

Using the National Center on Disability and Journalism’s (NCDJ) disability language style guide and other practical information, receive tools on how to communicate in an effective and inclusive way. This session covers general terms and words on physical disabilities, hearing and visual disabilities, mental and cognitive disabilities, and seizure disorders.

What It Takes to Lead an Organizational Transformation (Harvard Business Review)

Leaders today are expected to deliver continual, rather than episodic, transformation. Transitioning to this state requires new leadership skills, organizational structures, processes and key performance indicators. It also requires leaders who can bring everything together to operate successfully in this new paradigm of constant transformation.

Career Assessments in Career Conversations (CICA)

During this interactive session, the presenter will share practical strategies for incorporating career assessments into career conversations. Examples of common issues with career assessment will be presented and discussed in light of ethical standards.

Introducing the Pandemic Edition of the Canadian Nonprofit Sector Salary & Benefits Report (CharityVillage)

In this webinar, Charity Village will offer an introduction to its new 2022 Canadian Nonprofit Sector Salary & Benefits Report, reviewing the executive summary and providing tips and pointers on how to read the report and interpret the data.
